N&I Senior Contract Manager – 6 Month Contract (Immediate Start)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to support procurement and contract management activities for a 6-month engagement with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities and oversee contracts across the full lifecycle.

• Ensure contractor compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and procedures.

• Review and validate invoices, variations, and claims in line with contract terms.

• Maintain accurate contract records, including variations, extensions, and performance data.

• Support tender documentation for complex or high-risk contracts.

• Assist with risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide financial oversight, including budget preparation and contract performance monitoring.

• Engage with stakeholders to provide guidance on procurement and contracting matters.

About You

• Proven experience managing the procurement lifecycle, with strong contract management expertise.

• Knowledge of government procurement and contracting frameworks is highly regarded.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Analytical thinker with sound problem-solving capability.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

• Collaborative team player committed to operational performance and service delivery.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly step in, provide structure, and ensure contracts are effectively managed and compliant.
