Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work with customers and resolver teams to set priorities, allocate resources, and plan timelines.
- Manage change workflows, including setting up Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols and approval hierarchies.
- Implement a coordinated approach to change across multiple providers, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Oversee change requests, coordinate schedules to minimise disruption, and monitor the impact on services.
- Keep up-to-date with technologies and organisational changes to inform planning and improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in business analysis, process design, and organisational change.
- Proven ability in Change Enablement and aligning ITSM processes with business objectives.
- Knowledge of SIAM governance or similar service integration frameworks.
- Expertise in change frameworks, service transition, and process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
