We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead an organisation's Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation project. As the Change Manager you will be responsible for driving change adoption, mitigating resistance, and ensuring a successful transition to the new IAM solution.

Experience needed:

• Demonstrated experience in change management, within in a technology or IAM-specific role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing change in large-scale projects or organisational transformations.
• Experience working with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter).
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and COBIT).
