Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – Contract
📍 Melbourne | Hybrid
📅 Contract until 31 July 2026(extensions likely)
We’re looking for an experienced OCM Consultant to support delivery across multiple initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly integrate into a team, execute change activities, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change activities aligned to established plans and frameworks
- Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and enablement activities
- Develop core OCM artefacts (change impacts, stakeholder comms, training materials, adoption insights)
- Manage tasks across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Contribute to internal OCM capability uplift and reusable assets
- Support proposal and sales activities as required
About You
- 3–6 years’ experience in OCM / Change / Digital Adoption
- Experience supporting technology-driven change initiatives(e.g. digital workplace / M365)
- Strong skills in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training support
- Able to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working under delivery pressure
