6-month contract
Adelaide | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
Overview
Seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead and deliver a transformational change agenda for a major program of work.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the change strategy, plan, and delivery

Facilitate change workshops and stakeholder sessions
-
Support development and testing of processes, procedures, and work instructions
-
Monitor, track, and report on change activities
-
Identify and manage change-related risks and issues
-
Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in Organisational Change Management
-
Strong knowledge of change tools and methodologies
-
Relevant change certifications highly regarded
-
Mining or Utilities industry experience preferred
-
Experience supporting large, complex organisations or programs
