ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
A large and complex organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to lead strategic people initiatives and partner with senior leaders to uplift organisational capability, culture, performance and workforce planning.
This is a senior OD role with significant scope across enterprise wide programs. You will work closely with executive and senior leadership groups to design and deliver contemporary OD solutions that align with organisational strategy and support major transformation activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver high impact organisational development, culture and leadership initiatives.
- Lead end to end people projects across areas such as talent, workforce planning, performance, leadership capability and organisational culture.
- Provide expert OD and change advice to senior leaders, HR Business Partners and project stakeholders.
- Develop and implement holistic change, communication and engagement strategies that support adoption of new ways of working.
- Facilitate high quality workshops, leadership sessions, focus groups and organisational development programs.
- Coach leaders across the organisation to uplift capability, performance and readiness for change.
- Analyse organisational issues and present contemporary, practical people solutions.
- Manage complex OD projects and ensure alignment with broader people strategy.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Leading large scale strategic OD, culture and leadership programs.
- Working with senior and executive stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive people strategy.
- Designing and delivering impactful organisational development initiatives in complex environments.
- Leading change practices and enabling adoption of new behaviours and ways of working.
- High level facilitation, coaching and communication across all levels of an organisation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, HR, Psychology or similar are required, with Prosci, LSI or similar accreditations highly regarded.
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Rate:$60–$77 per hour + super or GST
- Hours: 7.25 hours per day / 36.25 hour week
- Length: Until 30 June 2026 initially
