ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
A large and complex organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to support enterprise wide organisational development, capability, culture and change initiatives.
This role will partner with OD Consultants, senior leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver contemporary OD solutions, uplift workforce capability, support change adoption and enable organisational performance across multiple directorates.
You will work closely with leadership groups to design and facilitate workshops, lead key OD activities, deliver structured change and engagement plans, and contribute to long term cultural and capability uplift programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the design and delivery of organisational development, culture, leadership and capability initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, focus groups, team sessions and senior leader presentations
- Deliver change, engagement and communication plans that support adoption of organisation wide initiatives
- Provide OD insights, advice and support to leaders, HR Business Partners and project teams
- Analyse workforce and OD trends to inform people strategy, capability programs and organisational development solutions
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across directorates to uplift capability and support people management responsibilities
- Prepare high quality reports, presentations, communications and program materials
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure alignment with broader People and Culture strategies
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience supporting organisational development, culture, capability or change programs in large or complex environments
- Strong facilitation skills, with confidence delivering workshops, sessions and presentations to leaders
- Demonstrated experience supporting OD initiatives across engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, performance and EVP
- Ability to deliver structured change and engagement activities to support new behaviours and ways of working
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Organisational Development or Behavioural Science are highly regarded
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Rate:$58.06 per hour + super
- Hours: 7.25 hours per day / 36.25 hour week
- Length: Until 30 June 2026 initially
- Location: Logan, QLD
- WFH Flexibility: Available
