About the Role

You’ll join a collaborative, close-knit team renowned for delivering outstanding customer experiences through advanced technology. Contribute across the full software development lifecycle and play a key part in evolving our flagship Traditional Web Outsystems application to Outsystems Developer Cloud (ODC), unlocking a new wave of business-critical features.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications on the Outsystems platform

• Collaborate closely with a small, expert IT team to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Get involved in every phase of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment

• Troubleshoot application issues and champion ongoing improvements in performance, security, and usability

• Share technical know-how, best practices, and support with colleagues and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience building and maintaining applications with the Outsystems platform (Level 1 certification preferred)

• Understanding of software development methodologies and principles

• Ability to thrive in a smaller team, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing needs

• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Background in web application and database development

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
