As the Payroll Analytics Advisor you will be responsible for assessing payroll data into actionable insights that support financial and business decision-making.

This role is focused on leveraging payroll analytics to deliver agreed outcomes in payroll remediation and compliance.

The following qualifications and experience are required for the position:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, HR, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with Chris21 payroll system and customised payroll environments.
• Understanding of payroll processes, timeframes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in payroll analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated understanding of payroll compliance requirements.
• Experience in supporting process improvement initiatives
