Our client is a large Government agency looking for People and Culture Business Partner for an initial 6 months contract with a possible extension. People & Culture Business Partners to partner with leaders and deliver impactful people strategies that drive organisational performance and capability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice
- Deliver initiatives across workforce planning, talent, culture, and organisational design
- Support the business through transformational change and workforce challenges
- Identify and manage people risks and capability gaps
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Build strong, trusted relationships across stakeholders
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner ideally in public sector environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and systems
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident influencing and negotiating at senior levels
