Our client, an integral university affiliate, is expanding their team and requiring an additional resource in their People and Culture team. This team partners across the organisation to deliver high-quality people solutions, support strategic projects. They pride themselves on collaboration, innovation, and a supportive culture that encourages growth and professional development. They are currently requiring a People and Culture Coordinator to manage a substantial amount of recruitment.
People and Culture Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (70% of the role)
- Recruitment of positions within IT, finance, marketing, ranging from juniors (trainees) to senior executive level positions
- Gather and confirm hiring requirements from managers
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels ( Seek advertisements, referrals, direct outreach and Linked In)
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Managing offer negotiation and pre-employment checks
- Managing onboarding and induction activities
- Experience within the education sector would be fantastic
- Support L&D initiatives and continuous improvement projects, whilst reviewing existing training courses.
