About the Role :
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM professional to join a large and complex organisation supporting a critical enterprise HR platform.
Working within the IT HR Systems team and reporting to the HR Systems Product Manager, you will support, maintain, and enhance established PeopleSoft HR systems that underpin core HR operations. This role will focus on ensuring the platform continues to deliver reliable services while supporting ongoing improvements and integrations across the business.
The Role

Provide functional support, configuration, and system development across PeopleSoft HCM platforms.

Support process improvements, data management, system integrations, testing, and validation activities.

Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and business users to deliver enhancements and ensure system stability.
Key Skills & Experience
-
5+ years’ experience working with the PeopleSoft platform
-
Strong experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60 or above
-
Hands-on experience across PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules, including:

Global Payroll
-
Absence Management
-
Employee Self Service (ESS)
-
Manager Self Service (MSS)
-
Time and Labour
-
Administer Workforce
-
-
Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management
-
Exposure to REST APIs and PeopleSoft Integration Broker(highly desirable)
Qualifications
-
Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or
-
Equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, or training
Desirable Experience

Experience working in large enterprise environments

Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

Strong experience working with business stakeholders and HR teams
