- PMO, delivery governance, or program coordination background
We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Delivery & Governance Lead to help establish delivery discipline, coordination, and lightweight PMO governance across a portfolio of initiatives.
This role will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to improve visibility, accountability, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish lightweight PMO governance and delivery frameworks
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple initiatives
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and escalation points
- Implement consistent project status reporting processes
- Support initiative lifecycle governance and delivery cadence
- Drive accountability and momentum across stakeholders
Key Experience:
- Strong PMO, delivery governance, or program coordination background
- Experience working in complex transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Experience setting up reporting and governance processes
