A leading financial institution is undertaking a major transformation of its merchant payments ecosystem, and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the migration of key merchant acceptance products onto a new enterprise payments infrastructure. This role is ideal for a business-focused Product Manager who understands end-to-end product delivery, customer experience, and the dynamics of working within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product transition for merchant payment products, ensuring customer experience is maintained or improved through the migration.
• Define business requirements, product behaviour, and current vs. future state impacts.
• Work with cross-functional squads to deliver roadmap items on schedule.
• Partner with risk, compliance, and governance teams to ensure approvals and regulatory obligations are met.
• Drive strong stakeholder engagement across dependent teams and broader program streams.
• Support uplift of a developing PM through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years’ experience in business product management within a financial services environment.
• Strong customer journey and end-to-end product ownership capability.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience in product transitions, platform migrations, or regulated product delivery
• Familiarity with merchant payments, acquiring, or acceptance products(advantageous but not essential).
