About the Client & The Role:

Our client is an established market leader in operational intelligence technology, with a proven flagship product within the Mining sector. They are now leveraging this expertise to launch a new greenfield product: a cloud-based platform designed to provide operational intelligence for the AgTech space.

We are seeking a Part-Time Product Owner to lead this high-impact venture. You'll work directly with the CEO and a Senior Product Owner, receiving the strong backing and guidance to excel. This role offers a clear and strong opportunity to transition to a permanent position as the product scales.

Responsibilities:

• Champion the product's vision and strategy, ensuring all efforts are aligned with business objectives and market needs.

• Drive value delivery by owning and managing the product backlog and empowering the development team.

• Act as the principal liaison, serving as the voice of the customer and fostering seamless communication between stakeholders and the development team.

• Shape the product's future by facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and making data-driven decisions.

• Ensure successful outcomes by evaluating product progress at each iteration and adapting the strategy as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software setting is highly advantageous.

• A foundational understanding of agriculture, farming, or the AgTech industry is a key asset.

• The capacity to work autonomously and manage a dynamic workload in an early-stage environment.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
