We’re hiring Product Owners to support key digital workforce projects. You’ll translate policy into clear requirements, manage backlogs, and work closely with policy, legal, operations, and ICT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Skills:
• 4+ years Product Owner experience
• Strong backlog management & prioritisation
• User stories, requirements, acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
• Agile delivery, sprint planning, reviews & retros
• Value-focused decision making
