SEEKING QLD Program Analyst – ATO Reporting Uplift
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Analyst to support a business critical ATO Reporting Uplift program within a large financial services environment.
This program is focused on strengthening reporting capability, governance, delivery tracking, and financial controls across multiple reporting obligations and stakeholder groups.
We are seeking someone who thrives in governance-heavy environments and can confidently support delivery coordination, reporting, project financials, and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Project Manager with governance, reporting, project controls, financial tracking, and delivery coordination
- Prepare governance packs, status reports, steering committee materials, RAID logs, action registers, and milestone trackers
- Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and financial variances
- Support financial year planning and budget preparation activities
- Coordinate activities across reporting, finance, technology, compliance, risk, and business teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation items
- Ensure governance steps, approvals, and delivery framework requirements are maintained
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience as a Program Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Controls Analyst, or Senior Project Coordinator
- Strong governance experience across reporting, RAID management, steering committees, project controls, and delivery frameworks
- Strong project financial management capability including budget tracking, forecasting, actuals, accruals, and variance analysis
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting, compliance, reporting uplift, finance reporting, or transformation initiatives
- Financial services background highly preferred across superannuation, banking, insurance, or wealth management
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to TechOne or similar financial systems highly desirable
- ATO reporting, regulatory reporting, compliance reporting, or reporting uplift experience highly regarded
