Join a high-impact digital transformation initiative in Northern Territory for 12 months of contract. We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful delivery, adoption, and integration of complex, high-value business systems projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital/business systems projects.
- Manage multiple project streams, teams, and vendor relationships.
- Drive change management, solution adoption, and benefit realisation.
- Apply robust governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years' experience in project/program management roles.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver and embed digital/technology solutions.
- Experience with legislative/regulatory analysis in complex environments.
- Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Visio, Office Suite, JIRA, SharePoint).
Desirable
- Government or law enforcement project experience.
- Understanding of IT service management and technical integration concepts.
