PROGRAM MANAGER– DIGITAL HEALTH
An opportunity is available for an experienced Program Manager – Digital to lead a large scale, complex technology enablement program within a major public sector environment.
This role is accountable for the planning, delivery, governance, and benefits realisation of a significant digital transformation program focused on modernising workflows, uplifting digital capability, and enabling data driven service delivery.
Operating at a senior level, the Program Manager will work closely with executive leaders, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex digital initiatives aligned to organisational strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end to end delivery of a large, complex digital transformation program
- Establish and manage program governance, reporting, financial management, and risk controls
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders and executives
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across project delivery, change, and technology streams
- Oversee development of business cases, procurement plans, program schedules, and benefits frameworks
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement and navigate competing priorities
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, quality, and risk tolerances
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital or ICT programs
- Strong capability across program governance, delivery assurance, and benefits realisation
- Experience operating in complex, highly regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Program or project management certifications (MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
- Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives within public sector or health environments
