Program Manager – Digital Products

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Digital Program Manager managing digital product initiatives
• Strong understanding of how digital products are planned, built, launched, and enhanced over time
• Excellent ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing clear updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working directly with senior clients or business stakeholders
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and architecture teams on technical planning
• Skilled in creating programme plans, status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive updates
• Demonstrated ownership, organisation, and follow-through in complex projects
• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment with a proactive approach to programme governance

Nice to Have:

• Experience in real estate technology, proptech, property management platforms, or related domains
• Knowledge of platform modernisation, customer-facing applications, internal tools, portals, or enterprise digital products
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana
• Prior consulting or professional services experience, especially coordinating delivery across distributed or global teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing digital product programmes or large-scale technology initiatives, preferably within the real estate or proptech sectors

Other Requirements:

• Based in Sydney CBD with on-site work 3 to 4 days per week
• Full-time employment or contract options available
• Valid working rights for Australia
• Ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required
