A global insurance organisation is seeking skilled and driven Program Managers to lead and coordinate critical programs within a major transformation initiative. This role will focus on Commercial and Data Migration streams, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple squads and teams. You will be involved in delivering new business capabilities from Sprint 0 through to end-user acceptance, while building robust processes that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end data migration process, including assurance, design, strategy, and operational acceptance.
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Commercial program from design to build and successful delivery, coordinating global and local teams.
- Ensure program objectives align with overall transformation goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work closely with Transformation and Technology teams to meet business needs while adhering to architecture and data standards.
- Drive Agile practices, including Sprint 0, Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
- Plan and coordinate SIT strategy, execution, and handover to UAT.
- Manage security assurance, penetration testing, and onboarding activities for new assets.
- Provide inputs for program financial tracking and management.
- Escalate risks and issues to Program Director or Business Program Manager for timely resolution.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience as a program manager managing complex programs/projects, including data migration.
- Strong background in enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery frameworks
- Familiarity with insurance industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple squads.
