About The Role:

Our leading client is looking for Project Control lead who help manage financials from proposal through to completion.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Establish an understanding of, and document, the core financial and commercial business processes, and identify opportunities for streamlining and improvement
• Work with the (to be established) implementation team to develop, trial and implement standardised financial and budget management project and program delivery models.
• modern and efficient process frameworks – covering the project lifecycle: scoping, design, delivery (construction) and handover of assets
• mechanisms for ensuring that project and infrastructure requirements are understood and managed through the project lifecycle.
• Provide commercial insights into the development of procurement and delivery stages of projects the requirements of asset acquisition in the context of the asset lifecycle.
• Develop / implement systems solutions (focussed on financial and budget management).
• Present recommendations for change / implementation plan to Executive and then lead and implement the change
