Project Controls Manager:

• Initial 6 months contract
• Based in Perth CBD
• Experience with mining industry is a plus

Our reputed client is looking for a Project Controls Manager who has an experience in developing and maintaining cost and schedule baselines for complex projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing project controls team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Apply project controls processes effectively across an owner managed project, ensuring governance, reporting, and risk management align with project requirements.
• Oversee the development of and be responsible for cost and schedule baselines, ensuring alignment with project scope, execution strategy, and governance requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of and be responsible for project controls processes for cost, schedule, risk, and change management, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
• Provide first line assurance by reviewing, analysing, and endorsing project controls processes, escalating insights, and ensuring compliance with audit and governance requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in developing and maintaining cost and schedule baselines for complex projects.
• Proficiency in project controls systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP, Primavera).
• Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
