Project Coordinator / Cost Controller
6 Month Contract with potential extensions (Adelaide)
Hybrid work model – 3 days in office | Occasional site travel
We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Cost Controller
to support project delivery and cost management activities in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform cost control activities, including reviewing budgets and financial forecasts and correcting discrepancies.

Provide project coordination and administrative support
across project teams.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Maintain project documentation, reporting, and records with strong attention to detail.

Support project activities beyond traditional coordination tasks.
Skills & Experience
-
Strong MS Excel skills(formulas, financial tracking, reporting) – essential.

Experience in project coordination or project support roles.
-
Experience reviewing or supporting project budgets and financial forecasts.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
-
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
skills.
-
Experience using project management tools
is an advantage.
