One of Australia’s largest organisations are entering a delivery and scale phase for an innovative program and are looking for a Data Literacy Delivery Coordinator to help drive execution, coordination, and operational excellence across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of data literacy activations across business units
• Translate high-level strategy into structured execution plans
• Support the design and rollout of activation campaigns embedded into existing operational routines
• Manage logistics for sessions, workshops, pilots, and on-site activations (including occasional distribution centre visits)
• Maintain delivery plans, schedules, and priorities using Jira / Atlassian tools
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
• Collect feedback, engagement data, and insights to inform continuous improvement
• Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning
• Support portfolio coordination and delivery alignment across the broader Group Data Management function

To be successful, much of the following must be emphasised in your CV:

• Strong program / project coordination or delivery experience
• Experience in data management, data offices, analytics, or digital functions
• Exposure to large, complex organisations
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and follow-through
• Confident communicator who can work with both operational teams and senior leaders
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where little exists
• Strong proficiency with the Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Sites)
• Ability to travel to distribution centre locations occasionally
• Jira / Atlassian experience is beneficial
• Interest in content creation, engagement design, or innovative learning approaches
