Project Coordinator / OCM
📍 Adelaide Office (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
📅 Initial 6-month contract (likely extension)

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with strong Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience to support a key Health & Safety initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Support rollout of a new Risk Assessment Tool across multiple sites
Work within the Asset Formation team (Health & Safety)
Standardise processes and identify behavioural gaps across sites
Partner with frontline leaders for change readiness and communications
Engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
Assist with planning, training materials, and change communications

Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of Safety processes
Experience in the Natural Resources industry (essential)
Proven experience in large-scale rollouts across multiple teams
Background in training, enablement, and change delivery
Willingness to travel to site monthly
