Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Health & Safety)
📍 Adelaide | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
🕒 6-month contract (likely extension)
We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support a Health & Safety initiative focused on rolling out a new Risk Assessment Tool across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of a Risk Assessment Tool across sites
- Engage and manage stakeholders across business units
- Assist with risk assessment activities and documentation
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
- Coordinate contractors and ensure project deliverables are met
- Provide forecasting, reporting, and project updates
Key Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in risk assessment and project delivery
- Exposure to budget, resource, and contractor management
- Background in mining, industrial, or large-scale environments highly regarded
