Project Manager – Control Systems

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager – Control Systems to lead the delivery of technology and operational technology (OT) projects within a large industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in control systems, stakeholder management, and delivering complex technical projects from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies.
- Manage project risks, issues, governance, reporting, and financials.
- Engage with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, vendors, and project teams.
- Oversee procurement, contract management, and resource planning.
- Drive change management, technical change, release, and transition activities.
- Lead project governance, stage gates, and funding approvals.
- Manage and mentor a small project team.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Operational Technology (OT) and Control Systems projects.
- Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Safety Systems.
- Previous experience within mining, industrial, or electrical environments is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
