Project Manager – Enterprise Optimisation & Transformation

We're partnering with one of Queensland's largest and most complex enterprise environments to deliver a major transformation and optimisation program supporting critical business and workforce systems used across the state.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives focused on system optimisation, archiving, platform modernisation, and enterprise application upgrades.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive outcomes across a complex, highly regulated environment.

This role requires a strong blend of project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and change leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of enterprise technology projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and governance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technical, and executive teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external vendors.
• Ensure delivery aligns with established project management frameworks and organisational standards.
• Support business case development, benefits realisation, and change adoption activities.

About You

You will bring:

• 7+ years' experience delivering complex ICT or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong experience with large-scale ERP, Finance, Payroll, Rostering, Workforce Management, or enterprise application environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading optimisation, modernisation, migration, upgrade, or archiving initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
• Strong governance, risk management, and project reporting capabilities.

Highly Regarded

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, Workforce Management, Finance, Payroll, or Rostering project experience.
• Experience within large government, healthcare, or highly regulated organisations.
• PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, ITIL, or similar project delivery certifications.
• Experience delivering organisational change and transformation programs.
