We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery phase of a large-scale enterprise wide implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring the program is executed smoothly through configuration, testing, training, and go-live. You’ll work closely with the Systems Integrator and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across configuration, testing, training, and go-live phases
- Manage and coordinate delivery with the Systems Integrator
- Oversee sprint-based delivery cycles and track progress against key milestones
- Maintain strong governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management
- Collaborate with business and technical workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery
- Drive readiness for training, UAT, and go-live activities
- Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies
- Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex ERP / similar implementations
- Experience working client-side alongside Systems Integrators
- Strong understanding of agile or hybrid delivery models, particularly sprint-based environments
- Experience managing projects in stable (“green”) delivery environments
- Ability to engage effectively across both business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong governance, risk, and issue management capability
Desirable Experience
- Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (not mandatory)
- Experience delivering complex, multi-stream programs (business + technical)
- Exposure to training, change management, and go-live readiness activities
- Experience within enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs
