Project Manager
- Full time permanent position
- Based in Perth
- Experience with energy client would be a plus
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client engagements from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved, quality is maintained, and strong client relationships are built.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements with existing and target clients
- Ensure projects deliver agreed business outcomes and client satisfaction
- Provide delivery assurance and quality assurance across engagements
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and operational teams
- Mentor consultants and support high-performing project teams
- Develop roadmaps, business cases and value propositions
- Support change management and operational readiness planning
About you
- Extensive experience delivering technology systems and process-related projects
- Strong consulting or advisory background
- Experience across the full project lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Ability to develop and present business cases to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven relationship-building skills across client, partner and practitioner networks
- Resources or energy sector experience highly regarded
