You’ll be part of a collaborative technology division, working alongside automation and AI specialists. The program is well-funded, high-profile, and offers both stability and growth, with exposure to AI, machine learning, OCR, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Work Location & Flexibility
For the first three months, you’ll be based full-time at the Brisbane CBD office (150 Mary Street). This provides the right support, onboarding, and relationship-building opportunities.
After this period, you can request a Flexible Work Agreement with your supervisor. Typically, this allows up to two remote days per week, giving you a strong balance of collaboration and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade RPA solutions in Blue Prism.
- Test, debug, and optimise automations for stability and performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing bots to support evolving needs.
- Document solutions clearly for easy adoption and scalability.
- Integrate RPA with APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.
- Explore opportunities to extend automation into AI/ML and Power Platform.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of RPA development at enterprise scale.
- Blue Prism Developer Certification (AD01).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with APIs/web services and Agile delivery.
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bonus Skills
- Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification.
- OCR (Blue Prism Decipher).
- Development background in C#, .NET, or Java.
- Database design and integration.
