About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This position focuses on delivering advanced analytics and planning solutions within the Finance domain, supporting the modernisation of enterprise reporting and performance management capabilities.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the ERP Finance Project Manager, business subject matter experts, and system integrators to define, design, and implement scalable analytics solutions. You’ll work across workshops, requirements analysis, functional design, and solution delivery to help shape a modern, data-driven reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Finance Planning and Analytics expertise, translating business requirements into sustainable SAC and BPC solutions.

• Design, build, configure, implement, and test SAP SAC technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

• Develop data models, dimensions, and planning structures in SAC integrated with S/4HANA.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment across planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers to deliver on time and within scope.

• Ensure solutions meet customer expectations and achieve agreed deliverables and sign-offs.

• Contribute to a collaborative, agile team culture by sharing expertise and supporting continuous improvement.

About You

You are an experienced SAP SAC professional with a proven track record of delivering complex analytics and planning solutions in large enterprise environments. You thrive on collaboration, clear communication, and problem-solving in dynamic, multi-stakeholder settings.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP SAC with strong hands-on planning and reporting expertise.

• Experience in at least 3 full SAC implementation lifecycles.

• Strong understanding of SAC architecture and integration with S/4HANA and other SAP SaaS solutions.

• Proficiency in BPC, data modelling, formula development, and import job configuration (including delta loads).

• Demonstrated experience acquiring, transforming, and reporting external data sources.

• Solid knowledge of budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, ideally within a public sector or government context.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Exposure to SAP Fiori analytical apps and KPI tiles.

• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Information Management, Data Management, or a related discipline.
