Salesforce Business Analyst
📍 Canberra or Melbourne | Hybrid – 2 days onsite
📅 Contract until March or June 2026 (extensions likely)
🛡️ Must be an Australian Citizen & eligible for Baseline clearance
We’re seeking a proactive Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join a dynamic project team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve business processes while ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Model and optimise business processes using BPMN.

Partner with Salesforce technical designers to ensure solution feasibility and quality delivery.

Manage and track requirements using tools like Azure DevOps.

Act as the bridge between business users and technical delivery teams.
Skills & Experience
-
Proven Salesforce experience (Experience Cloud a plus).

Strong background in requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Skilled in BPMN, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.

Proficient with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
