Salesforce Business Analyst
📍 Melbourne | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
🕒 3-month initial contract
🔐 Must be Australian Citizen (Baseline clearance eligible)
We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major program.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Work closely with design, build, and test teams to deliver solutions
- Model and improve business processes (BPMN)
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Manage requirements using tools like Azure DevOps
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
- Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Familiar with Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
