About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance business processes and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Configure and customize standard Salesforce objects, flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to streamline business operations.

Develop OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures, to deliver guided user experiences and seamless integrations.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions by identifying opportunities for optimization.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, and peer code reviews to ensure quality and alignment with best practices.

Ensure all Salesforce solutions adhere to security, scalability, and performance standards.

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging features, ensuring effective adoption across the platform.
Key Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer(minimum 2–5 years preferred).

Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL.

Strong understanding of declarative configuration (flows, process automation, security model).

Experience with Salesforce integrations(REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar tools).

Salesforce Developer or Platform Developer I/II certification highly desirable.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
-
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools ( Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, etc.).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Experience with large-scale data migration projects in Salesforce.
