Role Overview
Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs, driving delivery across multiple workstreams and aligning business and technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce program delivery (design to deployment)
- Manage stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Oversee multiple project streams and delivery teams
- Manage risks, issues, governance, and reporting
- Ensure alignment across business and technical teams
Requirements
- Proven Program Manager / Senior Delivery Manager experience
- Strong Salesforce delivery background
- Experience managing large-scale programs
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Agile delivery experience
