Join a Technology and Data division delivering innovative ICT solutions that support better outcomes for Australians with disability. In this senior role, you will shape enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture, partner closely with product and delivery teams to plan roadmaps, and translate complex business needs into secure, resilient, high-performing solutions. You will lead solution design standards, contribute to governance forums, and provide hands-on leadership across architecture design and delivery within a scaled agile environment.
Required Skills
- Extensive Salesforce solution architecture experience with at least 8+ years delivering Salesforce projects, including large complex implementations
- Proven capability designing non-functional requirements for high-volume enterprise platforms including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability, and security
- Broad architectural knowledge across Salesforce Clouds and industry solutions, with strong practical experience in Salesforce and Vlocity OmniStudio
- Demonstrated experience in system integration design and patterns, integrating Salesforce with other technologies and solutions
- Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts to validate approaches and provide early feedback
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate solutions, trade-offs, and risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of continuous improvement to lift quality, efficiency, and delivery pace
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including participation in PI/ART and sprint planning and delivery ceremonies
Nice to Have
- Salesforce architect certifications and/or Vlocity architect certifications
- Proactive, “can-do” approach
- Strong interest in accessibility and enthusiasm for accessible design and development
Other Requirements
- Australian citizenship required(evidence requested during pre-engagement checks)
- Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance
- Hybrid working aligned to policy: minimum 3 days per week in the office(with flexibility for the remaining 2 days subject to line manager agreement)
- Location: ACT / VIC / NSW
- Maximum hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Initial contract: 12 months with potential 12-month extension
