About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Designer to create detailed Salesforce designs that meet business and technical standards. You’ll collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and well-integrated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document Salesforce solutions, integrations, and customisations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.

• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and design standards.

• Work in Agile teams, supporting iterative delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong Salesforce knowledge (Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Omni Studio).

• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, data modelling, and security.

• Familiar with SLDS, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1, App Builder).

• Experience with MuleSoft/APIs or Salesforce data migration.

• Exposure to PSS Salesforce environments.
