Job Opportunity: Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions . In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and hands-on development, ensuring every implementation is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards .

As a primary technical point of contact, you will collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate complex business needs into high-quality technical realities while mentoring a talented team of developers .

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across various clouds, such as Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud .

• Own the overall technical solution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards .

• Make and document critical technical decisions, design patterns, and trade-offs .

• Review and approve all technical designs, code, and configurations produced by the development team .

Development & Quality Assurance

• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Flow .

• Ensure the optimal use of declarative versus programmatic solutions .

• Oversee data modeling, sharing rules, security, and performance optimization .

• Support complex integrations using APIs and middleware, including REST/SOAP and event-based patterns .

• Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, and DevOps processes .

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work with Delivery Leads and Project Managers to plan and deliver work across sprints and releases .

• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and maintainability .

• Support testing phases by resolving defects and providing technical guidance .

• Mentor and coach Salesforce developers, providing career development support and contributing to reusable assets within the practice .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on Expertise: Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, Flow, and Lightning App Builder .

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical design and development on complex Salesforce implementations .

• Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing, and governor limits .

• Integrations: Experience working with integrations and APIs .

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, paired with strong problem-solving and debugging abilities .
