ℹ️ Our client is seeking an experienced Case Management Consultant to support the design, development and optimisation of case management capabilities across SAP.
Responsibilities include:
✅Lead solution design and technical architecture activities for case management systems using SAP and complementary digital technologies.
✅Analyse business requirements, workflows and operational processes to develop effective case management solutions.
✅Design and integrate case management capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, workflow tools and external platforms.
✅Develop technical specifications, architecture documents and design standards
Skills/experience needed:
✅ Strong experience designing and delivering case management solutions within enterprise environments.
✅Solid understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, workflow and integration capabilities.
✅Demonstrated experience in business process modelling, workflow design and user‑focused solution development.
