About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant based in Melbourne. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI, Customer Engagement, and Utilities industry processes.

You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP CRM solutions, driving functional and technical improvements, and ensuring solutions align seamlessly with business processes and architectural roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand CIC0/FOP processes to design and deliver corresponding solutions within SAP Customer Engagement (CE).

• Provide technical recommendations to replicate existing CIC0 enhancements in CE.

• Configure Web UI framework components including Work Centres, Logical Links, and Transaction Launchers.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP CS solutions tailored to the Utilities sector.

• Ensure integration with related modules such as Device Management (DM), Billing, and FI-CA.

• Support and manage internal/external resources to deliver SAP CRM functional requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, review, prioritise, and approve SAP CRM functional requirements.

• Align SAP CRM processes with business needs and strategic roadmaps.

• Conduct root cause analysis and design resolutions for SAP CRM-related issues.

• Provide quality assurance for SAP CRM solutions prior to deployment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP CRM (functional & technical).

• Deep expertise in FOP, Transaction Launchers, and SAP CRM Web UI.

• Strong understanding of SAP CS processes and Meter-to-Cash cycle in Utilities.

• Hands-on experience with IDOCs, ABAP Objects, and WRICEF.

• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP CRM projects end-to-end.

• Strong consulting and supplier relationship management skills.

• Proficient in business process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and requirements elicitation.

• Experience working in a regulated industry is highly desirable.

• Exposure to digitisation initiatives.

• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL-aligned delivery.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
