We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Analyst to support the detailed design, configuration and testing of SAP PP within a major ERP modernisation initiative for our client. The role will also support integration with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and other key Asset Management functional modules.

Primary Purpose of the Role

  • Lead and support detailed solution design workshops for SAP PP.

  • Specify and configure key elements of Production Planning including Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Production Orders.

  • Support alignment of end-to-end PP processes with new ERP system design.

  • Ensure effective integration between Production Planning and Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Finance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of SAP PP/PM configurations, identifying and resolving defects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional ERP program and platform teams to ensure cohesive and integrated solution delivery.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure PP requirements are understood, validated, and met.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum one full S/4HANA greenfield implementation.

  • Proven experience working within Production Planning (PP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP implementation or conversion projects, ideally in SAP PP and EAM.

  • Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning and Plant Maintenance.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating PP with EAM, MM, Sales and Finance (FICO).

  • SAP PP/PM certification is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Experience working with virtual and distributed teams.

  • Highly organised with a strong delivery focus.

  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal capability, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse stakeholder group.

  • Strong capability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver outcomes.
