Our client is delivering a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to join a high-performing ERP delivery team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program, partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation vendors to deliver best-practice SAP solutions that support critical operational services.

The Opportunity
As the SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in the functional design, configuration and delivery of SAP PM capabilities within a complex ERP program.
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you'll ensure solutions are fit for purpose, aligned with business requirements and integrated across the wider SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops and detailed solution design sessions for SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Configure SAP PM, including:
- Master Data
- Transactional Data
- Field Mobility
- Scheduling
- Perform functional testing and support defect resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with ERP program and platform teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver fit-for-purpose SAP PM processes.
- Provide expert guidance on Enterprise Asset Management best practice and SAP PM capabilities.
- Support successful project delivery through design, configuration, testing and deployment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience delivering SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
- Demonstrated experience working within Enterprise Asset Management business functions.
- Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules, particularly:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build productive relationships with business users, technical teams and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Certification is highly regarded.
