A leading Australian organisation is seeking an SAP Finance Lead. With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, the company delivers solutions that support thousands of users and drive business success. The Functional Lead will be involved in delivering SAP Finance functionality across enterprise systems, providing leadership and guidance to the FICO team, ensuring successful delivery of enhancements and projects that support key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for SAP Finance (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM).
• Oversee delivery of various enhancements/projects during the business cycle.
• Maintain a deep understanding of finance processes and supporting SAP products.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodology for releases into production.
• Participate in estimation, T-shirt sizing, and MVP scoping discussions.
• Engage early in new projects to assess impacts and guide functional design.
• Review and sign off functional designs to meet business requirements.
• Define, create, and execute unit testing and UAT for WRICEFs.

To be successful, your CV must emphasise much of the following:

• Strong SAP FICO expertise, including AP, AR, AA modules.
• Knowledge of PS and IM for project and investment management.
• Knowledge of O2C and/or P2P
• Experience in Agile delivery and solution design leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead functional teams and deliver complex projects.
