SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - TIMESHEET & LEAVE
Become a key contributor to a large-scale public sector ERP transformation as you lead and design innovative SAP Timesheet and Leave solutions. Partner with technical, business, and project teams to optimise time management processes for a complex, diverse workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end design, build and configuration of SAP Timesheet & Leave (Time Management) solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA integrations.
- Drive system discussions and customisations, supporting Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) and Fiori apps, and ensure seamless integration with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors.
- Work closely with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose, robust solutions.
- Provide hands-on support throughout the full program lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing and issue resolution.
- Engage vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely system integrations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience across SAP, particularly HCM Time and Leave on the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
- Expert in end-to-end implementation, migrations, and optimisation of SAP Time Management (CATS, S/4HANA).
- Significant experience integrating SAP time data with payroll and project systems.
- In-depth practical knowledge of leave management processes, approval workflows, absence recording, and ensuring accurate data flow to downstream systems.
- Familiarity with BTP Services, Cloud ALM, Fiori, and modern ERP ecosystems.
DESIRABLE
- Experience on major HR transformation programs within government, utilities, or enterprise environments.
- Skilled communicator with highly developed written skills.
- Proven capability working in virtual and dispersed teams.
- Organised, emotionally intelligent and highly delivery focused.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, HR data management best practice, or federated workforce models is considered a plus.
