SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Expert to join a large-scale enterprise environment supporting critical business operations and ongoing transformation initiatives. This role will provide expert functional leadership across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), ensuring system design, configuration, support, and enhancement activities are delivered to a high standard and aligned with business objectives.

Working within a collaborative team, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising SAP S/4HANA solutions, supporting stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring robust, fit-for-purpose system design.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions.
• Providing expert advice on solution design, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Analysing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Supporting system upgrades, releases, and change deployments across the SAP landscape.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Delivering user training and knowledge transfer to support adoption and capability uplift.
• Conducting quality reviews and ensuring appropriate controls and governance requirements are met.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

You Will Bring:

• Extensive experience supporting and configuring SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of EWM integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA upgrade, migration, or transformation programs, ideally involving EWM enhancements.
• Proven ability to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system and process optimisation.
• Experience developing functional specifications, technical documentation, and testing artefacts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex requirements and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
