About the role

Join a high performing Enterprise Data Warehouse team to shape modern, scalable data models on SAP HANA. You will provide hands on delivery and practical leadership across modelling, performance optimisation, security, and analytics enablement. Work is hybrid with regular time in the Brisbane CBD office.

What you will do

• Design and deliver SAP HANA calculation views, table functions, CDS views and procedures
• Optimise query performance and storage for large scale EDW workloads
• Build and maintain end to end data pipelines and ELT patterns using SDI and SDQ
• Enable analytics consumers in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI with governed, reusable models
• Apply robust security design including roles, privileges, data masking and anonymisation
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers and BI developers to land secure and reliable solutions

What you must have

• Strong experience with SAP HANA 2.0 including calculation view design and performance tuning
• Proven data modelling skills across conceptual, logical and dimensional patterns
• Advanced SQL and EDW query optimisation
• Hands on experience with SDI and SDQ
• Experience delivering production data pipelines on premises or in cloud

Strong advantages

• Experience with SAP S4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Exposure to Azure Synapse or lakehouse patterns
• SAP certification in data modelling or analytics
