Senior SAP Manufacturing & Quality Management Consultant

Are you an experienced SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management professional looking to play a key role in large-scale SAP transformation programs?

We are seeking a Senior SAP Manufacturing & Quality Management Consultant to join a high-performing SAP consulting team, delivering complex enterprise solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that drive operational excellence across manufacturing and quality management functions.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, lead functional workstreams, and contribute to solution design, delivery, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions
• Lead solution design, functional configuration, testing, and documentation activities
• Provide expert functional and solution guidance across manufacturing and quality management processes
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to leverage SAP capabilities and deliver business value
• Lead functional streams, ensuring quality delivery and timely resolution of issues
• Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technical stakeholders
• Support detailed design and implementation activities using SAP best practices
• Contribute to proposals, effort estimations, Statements of Work (SoW), and client presentations
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the SAP practice

About You

• 12+ years' SAP consulting and project delivery experience
• Experience delivering at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM)
• Strong experience in SAP Order Management, Pricing, and Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP)
• Proven experience with SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, and PP/DS
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted business relationships
• Experience leading functional teams and workstreams
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and implementation lifecycles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills
• Previous experience in Functional Lead or Solution Architect roles

• Eligible to obtain an Australian Security Clearance (preferred)
