SAP S/4HANA Change Lead
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead to play a critical role in a major ERP transformation program. This position will be responsible for driving the change management strategy and execution, ensuring people, processes, and technology changes are effectively managed to enable seamless adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
THE ROLE:
- Lead the change management strategy, aligning with program transformation goals.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness activities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop targeted interventions.
- Drive training, communication, and adoption initiatives to support successful go-live.
- Monitor and measure adoption, addressing resistance and ensuring sustainability.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 10+ years’ experience in change management and business transformation, ideally in ERP programs.
- Strong background in SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale change programs.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience in government, utilities, or large enterprise transformation programs.
- Prosci Change Management or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core Framework.
